By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them.
Who we are
NightPrep Feet is a small business based in Canada. "We" and "us" mean NightPrep Feet. "You" means the customer.
Who can order
We sell to customers in the United States only. To order, you must be at least 18 years old and allowed to use the payment method you enter.
Orders and prices
- All prices are in US dollars. The price you pay is the price shown when you complete checkout.
- We may cancel an order if an item is out of stock, a price was shown in error, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel, we refund you in full.
- We don't use fake "was" prices or countdown timers.
Payments and your saved card
- Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
- When you pay, your card is saved securely with Stripe so you can add items to the same order after checkout with one click.
- We never charge your card again unless you click "Yes, add to my order." The amount on that button is the amount you pay.
- To cancel an add-on or ask for a refund, email [email protected] or see our 60-Night Guarantee and Refund Policy.
Optional add-ons
Delivery Protection at checkout is optional and is never added unless you tick its box. The Stretch Strap is offered after checkout and is added only if you click "Yes, add to my order."
Using our products
- Use the night support in bed only. Never walk in it.
- Follow the Safety and Medical Disclaimer and the fitting guide.
- NightPrep Feet products do not diagnose, treat or cure any condition. They are not a substitute for advice from a doctor.
- Photos and illustrations show the product as closely as we can. Small differences in color or finish may occur.
The Fit Hub
Your order comes with access to the Fit Hub guides. They're for your personal use. Please don't copy or resell them. They are general guides, not medical advice.
Reviews
We never write or pay for fake reviews. You're free to post an honest review of us anywhere.
Shipping, returns and refunds
See our Shipping Policy, our 60-Night Guarantee and Refund Policy, and our Delivery Protection Terms. They are part of these terms.
Limits on our liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under the consumer laws of your state.
Our content
The text, images, guides and design of this site belong to NightPrep Feet or are used with permission. Please don't copy them without our written OK.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Province of Alberta, Canada, and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. If you live in the US, you also keep any protections your state's consumer laws give you.
Changes
We may update these terms. The new version will show its date at the top. The terms in place when you ordered apply to that order.
